To find the greatest success 12 weeks is the recommended minum length to see gains. 

Initial Evaluation will be scheduled within 72 hours of a received payment.    Workouts will be delivered with 72 hours of the completion of the initial evaluation.

    All athletes will be asked to complete a goal sheet and informational form.   The informational form will give  coach Guy the opportunity to review your training preferences  prior to the initial consult. 

    The goal sheet is optional but it will help both parties involved be more focused on the end result
